Gearify is an online store that sells all kinds of electronics, gadgets, toys, computer hardware & accessories, tools etc. If you require something we don’t have, send us an email at info@gearify.co.za to source it for you.

Gearify was started in 2012. We have been trading online for over 7 years on Bidorbuy, with excellent customer feedback.

We strive to provide excellent customer service, quality products and the best value for your money.

I Don't Want to Receive Any Newsletters, What Do I Do?

Simply go to the last email you have received from us, scroll to the bottom and click on “Unsubscribe”. Ensure you follow the entire process until you receive the message that you have successfully unsubscribed.

Do I Need to Register Before Making a Purchase at Gearify?

No, you can follow the checkout process as a guest. You are however advised to register as this will make your future checkout process quicker and enable you to review your order history.

Order Process

How Do I Order?

  • Click on the item that you would like to purchase.
  • Check the quantity and then click “ADD TO CART”.
  • Click on the bag icon at the top right on the page.
  • Check your cart and then click “PROCEED CHECKOUT”.
  • Fill in all customer information and shipping address.
  • Select your payment method and click “PLACE ORDER”.
  • Your order summary will then be displayed and you will receive an email confirmation of your order.

Is My Credit Card Details Safe?

Yes, all payments are made securely through PayFast.

Why Is My Order Stating "Payment Pending" Or "On Hold"?

It may take up to 48 hours for us to allocate the funds to your order. If the status hasn’t been changed after 48 Hours we suggest you contact us as we might not be able to allocate the payment due to the reference that was used.

Why Is My Order Stating "Processing"?

It means your order has not yet left our warehouse. Once the status changes to Completed it has left our warehouse.

What Delivery Methods Are Offered?

All orders will be delivered directly via courier to the address chosen when you placed the order. This address can be either at your work or home, depending on where it’s most convenient for you to receive the parcel.

What Are the Delivery Fees?

  • R69 flat rate charge on orders under R1000.
  • Free Shipping on all online orders above R1000.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days.
All deliveries take place during business hours, Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays.

This time frame is only an estimate based on the majority of orders. Most orders will arrive sooner, and on average yours should too.

Your order is guaranteed to be delivered.
Any delays in delivery will be communicated to you.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched. You will receive tracking details that include both a tracking number and the courier details that will deliver your parcel.

Can I Collect My Order?

You may also collect your order directly from Gearify. There may be a waiting period of 5-10 business days after placing the order, before you can collect as most items listed on this website are not held in stock at our premises (unless otherwise stated) and are rather ordered from various suppliers as orders are placed. Please call us beforehand if you’d like to arrange a pickup. We will inform you via SMS or email once your order has arrived.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, however only if it hasn’t been dispatched yet. If the order has been dispatched you will have to receive it and send it back at your own costs. Also note that cancelled orders due to you not wanting it carries a handling / cancellation fee.

How Do I Change My Delivery Address?

You need to contact our support team before the order is dispatch, once the order has been dispatched an additional delivery fee will be charged to change the address.

Warranty and Returns

Does Gearify Items Have Warranty?

Yes, all electronics carry a 12 months limited warranty and cannot be extended. Please see our Returns and Warranty Policy for more details.

What Happens If I Don't Receive My Order?

If your order is lost, damaged or stolen, we will either send you a replacement order or we will refund the full order to you. It’s at our sole discretion to choose whether to replace or refund the order.

I Received a Broken Item?

If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please follow the warranty process and contact our Support Center for RMA authorization within 7 days of the order being received.

I Want to Return a Product?

Please send a mail to returns@gearify.co.za stating what you want to return and why. Please do this within 30 days of the order being received or you will void the refund option and can only opt for a replacement if the items are faulty. Please see our Returns and Warranty Policy for more details.
